As we expand, we are seeking an FP&A & Business Performance Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

Main Mission:

The FP&A & Business Performance Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. This position focuses on analyzing key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring cash flow stability, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Key areas of focus include budget forecasting, cost analysis, Churn Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rate, Lifetime Value (LTV), profitability per location, and revenue optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Budgeting :

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow and capital allocation.
• Assess business scenarios and investment feasibility.

Business Performance & KPI Tracking:

• Define and track financial and operational KPIs to measure growth and efficiency.
• Analyze churn rate, CAC, ARPU, LTV, conversion rates, and gym occupancy rates.
• Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior trends and retention drivers.
  

Profitability Optimization & Strategic Insights :

• Analyze fixed and variable costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Compare financial performance across locations and recommend improvements.
• Develop revenue-enhancement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Reporting & Data Visualization:

• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for financial and operational performance tracking.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Present complex data in a clear and actionable format.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

Experience & Technical Skills :

• 3 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• Background in fast-paced industries (fitness, retail, SaaS, subscription-based businesses, franchises).
• Strong understanding of subscription models and key metrics (churn, LTV, CAC, MRR, cohort analysis).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio; SQL is a plus.
• Experience in financial modeling, cash flow management, and business forecasting.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Autonomous and proactive, able to work closely with leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) for Petroleum Engineering & Development (PE&D) under Upstream Finance.

Upstream makes up the vast majority of revenue and has the highest level of capital investments that is coordinated by PE&D, which is managing and developing all Saudi Aramco’s oil and gas fields from the initial planning of new fields to the ongoing monitoring of mature fields including Carbon Capture & Storage projects and Reserves Assessments

These key activities are handled by PE&D supported by specialized Advanced Research Centers (EARC) and a state-of-the-art dedicated Upstream Digital Center (UDC)

Your primary role is to coordinate and prepare Business Plan and Midyear/Year-end Accountability, monthly accountability reporting, performing variance analysis, resolving issues and initiating value add projects.

A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following:

• Conducts and supervises day to day operations within Compliance Unit, including follow-up and reporting on delegated areas and tasks
• Identify areas of importance from a compliance perspective, and inform stakeholders
• Document and communicate main areas and processes
• Develop sustainable follow-up and reporting procedures and systems
• As a Subject Matter Expert SME, you will be involved in discussions and tasks as agreed upon Finance Lead
• Independently prepare information memorandums and proposals
• Implement changes as agreed
• Have a solid understanding of the link between the business and the accounting rules to assess the impacts on Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

A successful candidate should have the following:

• Degree in business, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience is required in the field of accounting, auditing, financial reporting or performance management
• Good knowledge with MS Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word at a minimum, and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Further knowledge within areas of database applications, data management applications and data communication and presentation tools is a benefit.
• Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA) is strongly preferred.
