ملخص الوظيفة:
يقوم أخصائي النطق والتخاطب بتقييم وتشخيص اضطرابات النطق واللغة والصوت لدى الأطفال، ويضع خطط علاجية مصممة خصيصًا لتحسين مهارات التواصل لديهم. النجاح في هذا الدور يعني تمكين الطفل من التعبير عن نفسه بوضوح، والتفاعل بثقة مع محيطه، بالتنسيق مع أسرة الطفل وباقي أعضاء الفريق العلاجي.
هذه الوظيفة تلعب دورًا أساسيًا في تحقيق أهداف المركز في دعم النمو الشامل للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتعزيز جودة حياتهم.

المسؤوليات:
• إجراء تقييمات شاملة لحالة الطفل اللغوية والصوتية باستخدام أدوات وتقنيات مناسبة لعمره ونموه.
• تصميم وتنفيذ خطط علاجية فردية تركز على تحسين مهارات النطق، الفهم، التعبير، والطلاقة.
• تقديم جلسات علاجية تفاعلية مدعومة بالألعاب والوسائل التعليمية المناسبة لكل مرحلة عمرية.
• التواصل المستمر مع أولياء الأمور، وتدريبهم على الاستراتيجيات المنزلية التي تدعم تطور طفلهم.
• توثيق التقدم العلاجي للطفل بدقة، وتحديث الملفات الطبية بالتنسيق مع باقي الفريق.
• المشاركة في الاجتماعات متعددة التخصصات لمناقشة الحالات ووضع خطط علاج تكاملية.
• الالتزام بسياسات المركز المهنية، ومعايير الجودة، وأخلاقيات العمل مع الأطفال.

المؤهلات:
• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في علوم النطق والتخاطب أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• ترخيص مهني ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في العمل مع الأطفال داخل مراكز تأهيل أو عيادات متخصصة (خبرة في حالات مثل التوحد، التأخر اللغوي، الثأثأة تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
• مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع الأطفال وأسرهم.
• قدرة على استخدام الوسائل الحديثة في التقييم والعلاج (برامج التواصل البديل، تطبيقات تعليمية… إلخ).
• روح المبادرة والعمل الجماعي، والمرونة في التعامل مع احتياجات الأطفال المتنوعة.
• التزام بالسرية المهنية، والصبر والقدرة على بناء علاقة ثقة مع الطفل
