**What You'll Do**
You will tackle the critical responsibility of identifying, engaging, and establishing relationships with resellers selling other solutions. Your goal will be to convert these resellers into partners, promoting and selling Cisco's security portfolio. Your expertise in the cybersecurity landscape and the technical aspects of Cisco's security solutions will be invaluable in positioning and promoting Cisco as the preferred security solution provider. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate an understanding of Cisco's security portfolio, including hardware, software, and services. Provide technical insights, high-level product demonstrations, and comprehensive explanations to partners to highlight the benefits of Cisco's security solutions.
2. Business Development: Identify partners who are currently selling other security products. Evaluate their potential as Cisco partners and cultivate relationships to build new business opportunities.
3. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging security threats. Use this knowledge to position Cisco's security solutions as outstanding alternatives.
4. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, presentations, and events tailored to a target list of high-potential resellers. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive awareness and interest.
5. Partner Engagement: Work closely with partners to understand their existing security challenges and demonstrate how Cisco solutions can successfully address those challenges. Form relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
6. Sales Support: Offer pre-sales technical support to partners, including solution demonstrations and customized proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
7. Training and Enablement: Provide technical training and enablement resources to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell Cisco security products.
8. Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and sales progress. Prepare regular reports for management to supervise the success and efficiency of business development efforts.
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in technical selling roles within the IT security industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding relationship and trust-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Technical knowledge of Cisco's security portfolio and technologies desired.
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA Security or CCNP Security, are a plus.

This role is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with our commitment to local hiring and talent development in the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment lifecycle: Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns from role kick-off through to candidate signature for entry level to senior positions
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify the best sourcing channels in KSA to build and maintain diverse talent pools of best-in-class talent for current and future hiring needs
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Leverage market insights (talent availability, compensation, target company offerings, diversity challenges etc) to provide data-informed recommendations to our hiring managers and execs. Analyse recruitment metrics to improve your recruitment processes and performance
- Employer Branding: Help promote Lean’s employer brand in Saudi by providing a positive candidate experience. Build Lean’s brand by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, meetups and establishing relationships with Saudi’s top universities
- Utilise our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to manage recruitment campaigns, candidate communication, build talent pipelines, measure performance and more
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of hiring Commercial roles (including Sales, Customer Success and Technical Account Managers). You’ve already developed and nurtured a network of candidates in this space
- Experience hiring within a technology focussed company
- Experience utilising an Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment campaigns, candidate communication, build talent pipelines and measure performance
- Knowledge of using creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent, with a good understanding of local market trends and hiring practices. Able to articulate strategies for diversity
- Serious about data - you have experience leveraging market insights to drive decisions and strategies. You’re able to analyse metrics to improve your recruitment processes
- Insatiably curious. You look beyond job profiles to truly understand the needs of the business. You’re constantly learning about new recruitment trends, tools, and techniques
- Ownership - You take full ownership of your work and you’re accountable for the entire recruitment process and its outcomes
- A confident communicator and influencer, comfortable talking to people at all levels. You understand how best to adapt their approach to the audience
