Role and Requirements

Client Responsibilities

  • Setting up PMO, SMO, TMOs including operating model, org structure, policies, procedures and processes.

  • Approximately 3+ years of Project Management experience of managing and delivering large-scale projects and transformation programs, including project planning and monitoring, resource management (including project finances), benefits realization, etc.
  • Ideal candidates will have multidisciplinary experience including project management, strategy management, transformation management, business process design, testing the solution and end user training.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programs.
  • Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
  • Strong 3rd level educational qualifications, preferably in engineering, business, or project management
  • To comply with Saudi Arabia's Nationalization law, EY must hire nationals from Saudi Arabia for this role.

Overview

The Senior Manager – Change Management leads the planning and execution of change strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working across the Transport Business Unit (TBU). General Summary

The Senior Manager - Change Management leads the planning and execution of change strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working across the Transport Business Unit (TBU). This role plays a critical part in enabling strategic transformations by supporting the people side of change — including changes to organizational structures, business processes, technology implementations, and cultural alignment initiatives.

The role is responsible for assessing change impacts, developing change plans, and working across multiple teams to ensure readiness, resilience, and alignment across the organization. This includes training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and cultural integration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the TBU's integrated change management framework and approach, aligned with QIC's enterprise change strategy
  • Collaborate with functional and project teams to assess organizational impacts and change risks of strategic initiatives
  • Create detailed change plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training roadmaps, and readiness assessments
  • Partner with HR, Strategy, and Governance teams to align change efforts with workforce planning, talent development, and performance frameworks
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption levels, and resistance risks to the Director and BU leadership
  • Coordinate with external advisors and transformation partners where required to ensure change interventions are properly delivered
