About You

Please note that only time spent in the operating seat of turbojet aircraft will be considered.
You must also hold a valid ICAO ATPL, an unrestricted class one medical certificate, and an ICAO English level 5 or higher certification. Additionally, candidates should have logged a minimum of 150 hours in command within the last 12 months prior to joining the Riyadh Air team.

- Fellow or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS or MRICS) is essential
- Quantity Surveying degree or a similar construction-related degree with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar management role gained within a consultancy or end user client
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering Cost Management Services, preferably with some experience gained in the Middle East
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
