About the role:
We are seeking an Operations Specialist with strong communication skills and experience in Microsoft Office, tech, and performance evaluation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assign teachers to appropriate subjects and grade levels based on their expertise.
- Organize and manage the subject schedule for each academic term.
- Train new teachers on how to use the platform effectively.
- Respond to teachers’ inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Monitor teachers’ daily class performance according to the schedule.
- Conduct weekly evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure the implementation of suggested improvements.
- Oversee lesson planning and ensure it meets academic objectives.
- Analyze teachers’ performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

The Operations Specialist’s responsibility is to ensure consistent operations across our properties. Their highest priority is to flawlessly execute our on-going operations while ensuring an amazing guest experience. They will work closely with the City Lead to be able to take our operations to the next level.
**At Stella Stays, you will**:
- Guest Experience*
- Prioritize, execute, and support day-to-day tasks to ensure the best guest experience.
- Assist with guest request: bringing extra items to guests during their stay and managing in-unit needs that range from troubleshooting systems and appliances, to quick housekeeping fixes.
- Support in de-escalating situations onsite.
- **Building management / Operations**:
- Conduct regular property/building inspections and take immediate required action.
- Plan and schedule all service contract appointments and services. Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste management, building security etc.
- Oversee and plan housekeeping, maintenance and contractor activities for the buildings and units in the city and manage quality.
- Build, manage, and maintain quality vendor relationships with housekeeping and logistics companies, maintenance workers, handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc.
- Manage the back-of-house logistics for the entire hospitality operation, including coordination for supplies and deliveries, equipment, staff, and infrastructure.
- Constantly manage and track inventory of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to and constantly innovate our standard operating procedures and assume responsibility for cost savings through careful analysis and creative solutions.
- Work closely with the City Lead to build, and improve operations in the city.
**We’re looking for someone who is**:
- Engineering, building maintenance (MEP), property management and hospitality experience.
- Able to work flexible hours, nights and weekends required.
- An excellent team player with a great attitude. You’re organized, hard working, detail oriented, and energetic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable and driven individual to join our team as Business Manager to the Senior Director of Operations. This is a unique development role, well-suited to a high-potential graduate in engineering or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience in areas such as business finance, bidding, procurement, or operations.
This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work across a multi-site, multi-country operation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational delivery, business growth, and executive-level decision-making.
Responsibilities- Executive Support: Support the Senior Director in the coordination and follow-up of key operational and strategic initiatives across the business.
- Progress Chasing: Track and chase actions with project and functional managers to ensure timely delivery of priorities.
- Financial Analysis: Understand, interrogate, and interpret financial data and management reports. Support cost reviews, forecasts, and planning cycles.
- Business Metrics: Create, analyze and report meaningful business dashboards
- Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality, executive-level presentations and reports for internal and external audiences, including board members and clients.
- Business Development: Assist in bid preparation, client engagement activities, and internal reviews of commercial proposals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work independently to progress issues and initiatives, often engaging with individuals more senior than yourself.
- Travel & Site Engagement: Undertake regular travel to project sites in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iraq to support project operations and gather on-the-ground insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business , MIS, or related discipline (Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a business-facing function such as finance, procurement, operations, or bidding.
