Responsibilities- Overview the contractors’ management of the passenger stations incl. Platform management (e.g., crowd management), station staffing
- Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all station operation related disciplines
- Management of all aspects of station facilities including but not limited to customer service, cleanliness, security, and passenger amenities
- Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers at all stations and at all times
- Oversee the daily operations of stations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise station staff, including customer service representatives, security personnel, and cleaning crews
- Implement customer service standards and training programs for station employees
- Monitor station cleanliness, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for station amenities, services, and retail spaces
- Address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries to enhance passenger experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams for station branding and promotional activities
- Ensure stations comply with accessibility standards and regulations
- Report reactions and measures taken by contractors in abnormal operation situations
