- Team & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to all stakeholders, including senior directors, clients, and project team members. Facilitate internal team meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Problem Solving & Consultation: Lead discussions on project requirements, challenges, and solutions, providing guidance to team members and consultation to the client.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project outcomes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements as needed.
- Presentation & Liaison: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing consulting with strong project management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex marketing projects.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, industry dynamics, and various marketing strategies.
- Prior proven experience as a consultant within the marketing or strategy fields.
- Familiarity with the Real Estate industry is necessary.
