What you’ll be doing:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple parts of the project simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring project objectives are met on time and at the highest quality, and providing expert consultation based on deliverables.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Marketing Support: Support ongoing brand building & marketing initiatives for the client to cope with ever-changing competitive markets. Assist in the development of the client's marketing strategy, including PR, Social Media, Influencer marketing, and other strategies.
  • Team & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to all stakeholders, including senior directors, clients, and project team members. Facilitate internal team meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Problem Solving & Consultation: Lead discussions on project requirements, challenges, and solutions, providing guidance to team members and consultation to the client.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project outcomes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements as needed.
  • Presentation & Liaison: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing consulting with strong project management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex marketing projects.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, industry dynamics, and various marketing strategies.
  • Prior proven experience as a consultant within the marketing or strategy fields.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate industry is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department, including managing calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, contracts, and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, client site inspections, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales tracking systems, and digital filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports as required by the leadership team.
  • Assist in the organization of familiarization trips, media visits, and special events, providing logistical and on-the-ground support.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and departmental documentation in line with company policies.
  • Uphold confidentiality and the highest standards of guest and client service in all tasks.
