Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement consistently a group-wide approved marketing & admissions strategy aligned with organisation goals and school-specific needs
- Build and position a compelling, unified brand for the school group, whilst respecting the individuality and context of each school
- Lead market research initiatives to inform strategy and support data-driven decisions regarding enrolment, parent engagement, and competitor benchmarking
- Understand Best Value and ROI to set well-positioned goals and actions
Enrolment Marketing
- Lead Admissions and School Heads to drive student enrolment campaigns using digital and traditional channels, selecting what works best in each context
- Optimise the customer journey for prospective parents through effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, proactively seeking feedback and adapting tactics if deemed necessary
- Monitor and report on enrolment marketing & admissions KPIs, return on investment (ROI), and lead source performance
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee digital presence across websites, social media, and email marketing; ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand values
- Lead the creation of compelling content including videos, parent testimonials, blogs, newsletters, and press releases
- Implement SEO/SEM best practices to maximise online visibility and reach
- Act swiftly to mitigate any potentially damaging digital information
Stakeholder Communication
- Develop internal and external communication plans to support staff, students, and parent engagement
- Support school principals and leadership teams with communication tools and campaigns for parent engagement, school events, and community outreach
Event Marketing & Public Relations
- Plan and execute marketing support for events including open days, orientation sessions, conferences, and celebrations
- Manage media relations, sponsorships, and community partnerships to increase visibility and reputation
- Represent the group at relevant external events, exhibitions, and education fairs
Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead, develop and retain a high-performing marketing & admissions teams, including school-level marketing & admissions coordinators
- Manage the marketing & admissions budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources with maximum impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing & admissions strategies that drive measurable results
- Experience working in multicultural environments and understanding of local Saudi and international parent expectations
Essential Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics, and design software

The Field Marketing Specialist for Saudi Arabia develops and deploys marketing programs that drive partner recruitment and enablement, demand generation, as well as brand awareness and preference for Vertiv solutions. This role sees you in charge of efficiently and effectively integrating, implementing, and enriching central marketing processes and tools in the KSA markets to increase lead generation to directly support achieving commercial objectives.
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders in central marketing, sales, and offering teams as well as with our channel partner network (VARs, Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, etc.) in the assigned territories. The role also includes a focus on and supporting marketing activities organized with indirect partner in the region.
