- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for facility-related services and requirements.
- Process and follow up on purchase orders and invoices in line with procurement policies.
- Ensure vendors comply with agreed service levels and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in license renewals and compliance with local building regulations.
Customer Satisfaction
- Respond to facility-related requests and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure services are delivered to the satisfaction of internal customers and stakeholders.
- Escalate recurring or critical issues to the Facilities Manager.
Supervision & Team Coordination
- Provide guidance and daily supervision of facility staff (maintenance, housekeeping, support teams).
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure service standards are met.
- Support the training and development of facility staff.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in line with HSE standards and international marine safety requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or any related functions, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Background in engineering or technical facility operations preferred.
- Drawing Management is preferable.
- Lean background is preferable.
- Background in Facility related software (AutoCAD, MS Office, or others).
- Supervisory and people management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- English literacy (verbal and written).
- Preferred: PMP/CMMP/CFM certification
- Background in service ticket and Work Order Management (WO).
