As a Wellsite Drilling Engineer, you will be the focal point for all onsite drilling engineering, well flow, daily reports, operations and liaison for Service Providers on site. The WSDE works under direction from the onsite Aramco Foreman and BH Well Site Team Leader (WSTL) and the Office BH Technical Advisor.

• Review current Drilling Program prior to commencement of operation and ensure all clarifications, errors and corrections have been addressed.
• Must have good working knowledge of all SOPs both operating and contingency.
• Supervise execution of all SOPs in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote safe work practice by leading TBT, safety leadership, safety coaching and JSA’s.
• Recommend updates to all SOPs relative to learnings using the MOC system.
• Review BHA sheets prior to assembly and monitor assembly of same.
• Ensure drill fluid, kill fluid, Hi-Vis products and friction reducer are prepared correctly and properties maintained as per Aramco Foreman and WSTL.
• Monitor on site fresh water and kill fluid volumes are maintained as per program.
• During N2 operations, closely monitor N2 pump rates to ensure it is pumped in a safe manner, rates are maintained as per program and onsite inventory is reported to the Aramco Foreman and WSTL.
• Maintain UB condition by adjusting liquid pump rate, N2 rate (if in use) and/or choke settings as per Aramco Foreman, WSTL and DD.
• Stay in close communication with the BH office Technical advisor.
• Use WellFlo multi-phase flow software to calculate and ensure liquid velocities, gas velocities and mix liquid / gas velocities are sufficient for hole cleaning. Advise any questionable values to Aramco Foreman, WSTL, DD, UB Supervisor and Driller.
• Use WellFlo to calculate lag times for changes in depth, circulating rates and production rates; changes in lag times to be reported to the Aramco Foreman, WSTL, UB Supervisor, Choke Operator and Driller.
• Ensure Geological samples are captured as per procedure and frequency as per standing Aramco Foreman’s instructions and/or as per Bio-steering and Geologist requirements.
• Ensure regular compositional analysis of fluid returns is conducted using centrifuge grind outs and results are documented accordingly.
• On H2S wells above 100 ppm monitor fluid returns to the ground pit for dissolved sulphides, treat out dissolved sulphides with caustic soda and liquid H2S scavenger as per Mud-man, Aramco Foreman and WSTL.
• Ensure Vis pill sweep frequency and wiper trip length / sequence / schedule is adjusted as per hole conditions in conjunction with instructions of the Aramco Foreman and WSTL and/or under advice of DD and Driller.
• Ensure flared gas is minimized and export gas is maximized.

• Have minimum 3 to 8-years’ experience in UBD
• Have a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
• Have comprehensive knowledge of well control best practices and procedures
• Have understanding of Coiled Tubing and underbalanced Drilling System

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the respective field, preferably from the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Industry.

The Senior Exploration Geologist will help drive the advancement of Greyridge’s exploration portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading exploration programs from planning and budgeting through to field execution and data interpretation, while ensuring compliance with MIMR regulations. The position is full-time and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Exploration Program Management & Compliance: Support management of exploration programs, including project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and delivery within scope and financial controls. Supervise contractors and geological teams and ensure compliance with all Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources (MIMR) reporting obligations, including annual and biannual reports.
• Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior geological personnel, provide technical guidance, oversee daily tasks, and exercise supervisory functions and delegated financial authorities. Ensure contractors are briefed on company requirements, including HSEC standards and reporting obligations.
• Field Operations & Data Interpretation: Coordinate field activities (sampling, mapping, drilling, logging), oversee core labeling and labelling prior to analysis, interpret assay results, review past work, and integrate findings to refine exploration targeting. Prepare field activity reports for management.
• HSEC: Lead or support Health, Safety, Environment and Community standards across exploration activities, ensure compliance with policies and Saudi regulations, conduct regular meetings and audits, authorize corrective actions, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
• GIS & Data Management: Manage geological, geochemical, and geophysical data in GIS systems, ensure accuracy and compliance with MIMR requirements, and produce maps, cross-sections, and spatial datasets to support targeting and reporting.
• Technical Reporting & Representation: Develop and present exploration results to management and at technical seminars within the Kingdom; prepare professional technical reports and presentations for corporate and regulatory needs.
• Administration & Other Duties: Supervise field operations and related administrative functions, ensuring logistics efficiency; perform other duties as required by management.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Geology with a focus on Earth Sciences, Mineral Resources, or Mining.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral exploration or mining geology.
• Computer literacy with exploration and geological software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer – Exploration Drilling Tools to join our MAS Division. This role will directly support the RDT Product Manager , focusing on Fordia–Epiroc exploration consumables. The ideal candidate will grow our market presence in mineral exploration by offering innovative core drilling solutions, building lasting customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

This position requires frequent field travel — up to 50–60% of the time and site visits to customer drilling projects, including remote exploration areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in mineral exploration and drilling tools (Fordia–Epiroc exploitation tools).
2. Provide technical advice and support on rods, bits, casing, core barrels, and related consumables.
3. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve/exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct regular client visits, including site visits to remote exploration areas, and perform market analysis to identify opportunities and track competitors.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports through CRM systems.
