Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Your Role:
You will build and own the strategy for talent attraction programs within Zid. You will be responsible for helping the team build out branding efforts and expand upon our current attraction & engagement plans. You will bridge company digital & communication teams to bring the company brand to life regionally. You will plan, implement, and evaluate strategy execution success across different initiatives. You will continually review ATS performance, ensuring Zid remains cutting edge regarding candidate experience. You will lead project implementations around new tools or systems as necessary. You will have a key role in building the candidate experience including the career site UX/UI and passive engagement strategies. This role will also have a lead responsibility for tracking ROI while making recommendations to senior leadership on where to make investments.
You will partner across HR and business to gain a deep understanding of how business units operate. You will be a key advisor to leadership on strategies that reach and engage talent via traditional and non-traditional paths.
You will develop end-to-end recruitment plans. This role involves onboarding, communications, recruiting, and inclusion & diversity to measure and further promote talent interest in Zid. As a champion of Zid’s culture of inclusion, you’ll consistently focus on diversity and inclusion recruiting awareness to create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and competitive advantage.
From campaign building to persona building, the Head of Talent Attraction is focused on scaling up recruitment marketing and bringing Zid talents brand to life, embedding it across talent acquisition and other key talent processes with a best-in-class experience for all candidates and hiring managers involved. You will develop excellence across our talent brand and recruitment marketing activities, making an impact on how we source, attract, and retain the right talent at the right time in all of our talent markets.
You know that you have done a great job as Head of Talent Attraction at Zid when you are:
- You help define and execute the Talents Attraction strategy by understanding the needs of business-wide initiatives.
- You are the trusted advisor to business leaders for talent attraction activities, strategic recruiting, talent mapping, and talent engagement.
- You own the hiring targets, successfully driving initiatives based on metrics to meet & exceed business expectations.
- You are the Subject Matter Expert in attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the HR and business leaders to build and deliver our employer talent brand strategy.
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for all Talent Acquisition events, ensuring they are built to meet our awareness, attraction, and reputation goals.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Consistently keep abreast of trends and changes in the space, updating the business and proposing ways to participate where necessary.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to develop a toolkit of assets to enable recruiting to do their jobs, inclusive of job description guidance, marketing materials, and digital shareable content.
- Create ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve our employer brand.
