We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic healthcare consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will work with government ministries, healthcare providers, and private sector players to drive transformation aligned with Vision 2030 and National Health Strategy objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a Big 4 firm, a proven track record in healthcare delivery and reform, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead and manage large-scale healthcare consulting projects, including health system transformation, strategy development, digital health, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment
Advise clients on key healthcare challenges including clinical governance, health financing, service delivery models, and value-based care
Support government health entities ((Ministry of Health ) MOH , Vision Realization Offices, Hold Co., etc.) and private healthcare providers in developing and executing national transformation programs
Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Build trusted client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership and develop healthcare-focused market offerings
Mentor junior consultants and help build internal healthcare capability
Required Knowledge and Experience:
7–10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 consulting firm . with a focus on healthcare
Strong background in strategy consulting, health policy, public health, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC healthcare landscape is highly preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver impact under complex regulatory and cultural environments
Extensive experience with Strategy development, performance improvement, business modelling, change management etc.
Preferred skills: Deep understanding of Vision 2030, National Transformation Program, and Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.
