Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary Range : $1500 - $500 USD per month (starting salary)
Working Hours : 48 hours per week

Job Summary : We are seeking experienced and highly skilled nurses to join our team in SaudiArabia. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services topatients in accordance with international standards. This position offers a competitive salary,company-provided accommodation and transportation, and return tickets provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursingcare plans. This involves monitoring and recording vital signs, administeringmedications and treatments, and assisting with procedures as required.
2. Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, other nurses, and supportstaff, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and promote interdisciplinarycommunication and collaboration.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracyand adherence to medication safety protocols.
4. Monitor patient vital signs, observe and report any changes in the patient's condition tothe healthcare team, and provide appropriate interventions.
5. Assist in patient education by providing information about their conditions, medications,and self-care instructions. Provide emotional support to patients and their families,addressing their concerns and promoting a compassionate and caring environment.
6. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean workingenvironment, including proper disposal of medical waste and adherence to hand hygiene
Guidelines.
7. Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records,ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pharmacists, therapists, andsocial workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
9. Participate in continuous professional development activities, such as attendingconferences and workshops, to enhance nursing skills and knowledge and stay updatedwith the latest advancements in healthcare practices.
10. Stay informed about new technologies, procedures, and evidence-based practicesrelevant to the nursing field, and incorporate them into daily practice to improve patientoutcomes.
Requirements :
1. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a general or relevant specialised field.Experience in critical care, emergency care, medical-surgical, or paediatric nursing ishighly valued.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent. Possession of additional certifications orspecialised training is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Effective communication skills are essentialfor interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
4. Must possess a valid nursing license / certification from an accredited institution orlicensing body.
5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of international nursing standards, guidelines, andbest practices.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients,families, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
7. Willingness to submit a sample CV for screening purposes, demonstrating relevantexperience, skills, and educational background.
8. Must pass the employer and client interview process, either online or face-to-face, toassess suitability for the role and organisational fit.
9. Familiarity with high international standards of nursing practice, including evidence-based care, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
