We are currently offering a
full-time, four month Graduate Training Program
tailored for recent graduates from all academic backgrounds and nationalities. This immersive program provides structured rotations across Satel's core departments Operations, Leasing, Business Development, Marketing, Maintenance, and Tenant Relations, designed to build practical experience, professional readiness, and strategic exposure to the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia.

Participants will gain hands on project assignments, mentorship from departmental leads, and real-time performance feedback preparing them for potential full time roles within the organization.

What You'll Learn and Do:

  • Rotate across core departments: Operations, Customer Experience, Tenant Relations, Marketing, Business Development, and Facility Management
  • Participate in live property management projects
  • Support daily operational tasks and service coordination
  • Learn to manage tenant communications and enhance customer experience
  • Assist in digital campaigns targeting tenants and investors
  • Contribute to internal development initiatives and reporting

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (Business, Industrial Engineering, English, Marketing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

    4 months (Full-time, Onsite in Riyadh)
