We are looking for a seasoned Network Operations Engineer with deep expertise in core networking, enterprise security, and cloud infrastructure , particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . The ideal candidate will design, manage, and secure complex hybrid network environments, working across both on-premises and cloud systems. Core Networking & Enterprise Security

Administer IPS/IDS, SIEM systems, NAC, and endpoint protection tools.

Deploy and manage OCI components: VCNs, DRGs, RPCs, IPSec tunnels, routing.
Configure OCI security features: security lists, NSGs, OCI-native firewalls.

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role involves supporting, operating, and maintaining complex enterprise networks onsite at client premises. It requires technical expertise, operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-demand environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network systems for high availability and security.
- Provide proactive maintenance and resolve incidents to ensure network stability.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve escalations and implement network changes.
- Participate in change control processes and support 24/7 operations as needed.
- Document configurations, procedures, and activities accurately.
- Install, configure, and optimize new products; supervise migrations and upgrades.
- Conduct testing, prepare documentation, and support system administration for service continuity.
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, status reports, and technical support.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
Required Technical Expertise :
- Operational experience with Cisco Collaboration Suite, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, Wireless LAN Controllers, Routing & Switching, Cisco Imagicle, F5 Load Balancers, Riverbed Steelhead, SolarWinds Monitoring.
- Knowledge of network security solutions, wireless infrastructure, SDN, and network performance tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 5+ years of network operations and support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) preferred.
- Experience in Managed Services is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
