JOB PURPOSE:

Al-Jeri Investment is seeking a highly Motivated and Skilled Network Security Engineer to design,

implement, manage, and support our network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will

have hands-on experience with Network Hardware, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls,

Wireless Controllers, VPNs, and Security Policies, and will play a key role in ensuring the integrity

and availability of our IT Systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain detailed records of network configurations, security policies, and incident

response procedures.

Stay updated on trends like cloud networking, and SD-WAN to integrate modern solutions.

Manage user access policies, authentication systems (SSO and MFA), and network

Identify vulnerabilities through risk assessments, penetration testing, and audits; respond

to and mitigate security incidents.

Use tools like SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) to monitor network

traffic, detect anomalies, and generate reports for compliance.

Manage and enforce network security policies, access control, and intrusion prevention.

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and mitigate identified risks.

Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to manage network and security services.

Provide support for incidents, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of network diagrams, procedures, and configurations.

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Certified Ethical Hacker, Fortinet NSE are

preferred.

Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, Subnetting, VLANs, and Firewall Policies.

Experience: 8-10 years in Network Administration, Security and Cybersecurity roles.
