In this key position, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the network engineering strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions
- Oversee network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain high levels of uptime and reliability
- Manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that network solutions meet security standards
