Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the network engineering strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions
- Oversee network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain high levels of uptime and reliability
- Manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that network solutions meet security standards
- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct capacity planning and bandwidth management to support business growth and performance needs
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, designs, and standards
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements related to network services
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network engineering and management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise solutions
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security best practices
- Expertise in routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring tools
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
