Title

Condition Monitoring Specialist

Analyzes product failures for root causes, proposes corrective actions, prepares failure and analysis report and maintains reliability control database on product success/failure history. Utilizes statistical methods such as linear regression and standard deviation to evaluate compliance with reliability numerical requirements. Participates in design reviews of new products and continues review of proposed changes affecting product baseline data. Prepares reliability section of technical proposals, including manpower estimates and scheduling. Reviews preliminary reports and waivers, deviations and engineering change proposals for compliance with contractual requirements Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of Group, its processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Understands key industry drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Has developed the foundational knowledge of DOD, Agency, and/or industry standards and engineering requirements. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate CCMS program engineering, installation, and management activities.
2. Installation for the CCMS and CCTV systems and subsystems.
3. Evaluate CCMS systems and procedures in light of the latest operational concepts, and recommend changes for future CCMS project plans.

Job Specification

Qualifications
Candidate shall have a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. Must be knowledgeable about the CCMS and related subsystems preferably in Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) environment. Must be proficient in the use of desktop computer software packages, in particular MS Office.

Experience

1. The candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in CCMS in general and a minimum of five (5) years of this experience with C4I systems or systems of the same type and generation in a security/military environment.
2. The candidate shall have experience in CCMS installation, integration, testing, operation, and maintenance.
3. The candidate shall have experience demonstrating excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication skills.
4. The experience shall include demonstrated ability to work independently, completing multiple and often competing tasks.
5. The candidate must have experience with CCMS products associated with HVAC, Water Treatment, and Power Generation.
6. The candidate must have experience in CCTV system, Security Intrusion Detection System, Fire Alarms System, Fire suppression techniques and water leak detection system.
7. Must have experience in design and analysis of wide range of CCMS and CCTV systems.
8. Must be able to prepare complete and concise technical reports and presentations.
