- We are looking for qualified Injection molding Process engineer with In mold labeling robot skills
- Hands on experience on mold setup & startup of plastic pail & Lid product, Expert in plastic processing,
- Hands on Experience on In mold labeling process, Robot set up & start up of products with IML
- He will work independently as shift supervisor and control manpower of his shift & responsible to supervise his team for all daily production activities,
- Optimize injection molding processes, with Rigid packaging pail & container production, ensuring efficiency and product quality by analyzing cycle times and material behavior.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production & process issues, utilizing statistical methods and problem-solving techniques to implement effective solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining highest level of production goals such as optimized cycle time, minimum rejection rate & efficient productivity,
- Responsible for making reports & regular communication & update on production goals & achieved target,
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CIPET PPT or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding and IML processes with Rigid packaging industry as Process Engineer / Production Supervisor,
- Having experience with Injection molding machine such as Engel CC 200 & Milacron Q Accupack series machine,
- Having experience with In mold labeling IML robot such as beck automation, Eurasia robotic, Roboplas, Weteck, Wittman etc.
- Thorough knowledge of injection molding machine & its processing techniques,
- Full knowledge of IML robot & its parts set up for changing one mold to other mold, Setting of Robot parameters & Optimization of IML process,
- Good Knowledge of Rigid packaging Molds & Its general concept,
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages as Hindi, Arabic is preferable ,
- Good computer knowledge for MS office such as excel, word, PPT etc. for making production reports & emails,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.
- Familiarity with ISO and other industry standards relevant to injection molding processes and quality assurance.
- Physical ability to handle mold & Robot setups tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace.

We are looking for skilled Production Operators with at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing and experience in mechanical troubleshooting at our facility in Medina, OH.
Our technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations.
What Production Technicians do:
Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.
Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
Teaming up with your co-workers to find smarter ways to do things.
What’s needed to be a Production Technician?
Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!
Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Production process – Spoolable composite line pipe (RTP) and (RTR) filament winding.
Responsibilities/Accountabilty & Authority
- Assist in machine set up as per production process run sheets.
- Load and unload raw materials during preparation and production process.
- Assist resin mixing in accordance to the procedures and maintains resin levels in baths.
- Performs visual and manual measurement inspections and records results. Alerts Team Leader to defects that are outside acceptable limits.
- Cleaning and prepares ovens after every run.
- Operate equipment that will cut, grind, bevel and test fiberglass pipes to it into finished product.
- Mix various adhesive, resins, coating and painting compounds used in the finishing &/or assembly process.
- Cut parts to be assembled.
- Fit, sand, assemble and bond parts into assemblies to complete customer orders.
- Maintain and record specified tolerance/ dimensions as required on the manufacturing & Inspections reports and for accurate inventory management.
- Required to operator process related machines, Pallet truck and Forklift.
- Work in process extreme temperature.
- Cleaning of machine parts after every run.
- Performs other duties as assigned by skilled operators and/or team leaders.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Inspect the unit and auxiliaries, load patterns of consumers during the shift to make sure that all equipment parameters are within limits and ensure grid stability / plant reliability. Report abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor/ SCE.

Raise work requests or defect notes for faulty equipment and perform /follow up for the defect rectification process to rectify the same as first level maintenance approach.

JOB PURPOSE
The Basic Job of process operator is to run the Process line and equipment’s systematically and
effectively. Achieving the production targets by increasing the line efficiency and minimizing the process
waste. Gather hourly data of process control checks, conduct quality wall meetings, maintain hygiene and
housekeeping. Alert on food safety hazards and high light the issues then and there to the Direct Managers.
Summarize the daily material usage and calculate Basic material efficiently, seasoning efficiency and oil

and gas usage. Manage the process workers working on his assigned stations and maintain the good
