Key Responsibilities:
RFP/RFI Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Review and analyze RFPs with a focus on AI and data-related requirements.
- Identify gaps, unclear points, and prepare clarification questions for the client.
- Define required domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Data Governance
Partner & Supplier Management
- Conduct comprehensive market scans to identify and qualify top AI and data solution partners.
- Prepare and send partner invitations including scope, evaluation criteria, required documents, and timelines.
- Perform initial assessments of partners' capabilities and past performance before shortlisting.

Solution Design

- Ensure solutions comply with best practices, industry standards, and local regulations.
Proposal Development
- Draft and refine high-quality technical proposals in both English and Arabic.
- Create supporting diagrams, architectures, and infographics to strengthen proposal clarity.
- Consolidate partner inputs into a comprehensive, client-aligned proposal.
Negotiation & Coordination
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines with partners and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Partnerships Manager for NDAs, teaming agreements, and other formal documents.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare client presentations, demos, and site visits.
Project Handover & Implementation Support
- Prepare final solution documentation and ensure smooth handover to the PMO.
- Support project teams during implementation and ensure partner commitments are fulfilled.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's in AI , Data Science or MBA isa plus).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in AI, Data Analytics, or Big Data, with proven expertise in designing and delivering practical solutions.
- Strong experience in preparing and managing RFPs/RFIs and authoring technical content in both English and Arabic.
- Solid track record in the Saudi market, preferably with government projects or national AI/data initiatives.
- Good knowledge of Saudi regulations and standards related to data and cybersecurity (NCA Baseline, SDAIA, NDMO).
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong experience in Data Architecture design and Big Data management.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and BI platforms(Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to develop and integrate AI models into enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.
