Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the
 implementation of AI-driven software products
 at mining sites in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to understand operational needs and configure customised technology solutions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring full adoption and value realisation.
- Act as the primary contact between our engineering/product teams and clients, collecting feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Support regional business growth through client engagement, renewals, and solution expansion.
What You Bring:
- A
 degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering
 , or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
 in mining operations, process optimisation, or deploying new technology or software solutions within the industrial or mining sectors.
- Exposure to
 AI
 or
 digital transformation
 initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 , with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
 is essential.
- Willingness to travel
 regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally. A
 valid driving licence
 is required due to the remote locations of client operations.
- Openness to travel to the
 United Kingdom for extended training periods
 , particularly during the onboarding phase.
