Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mine plans, designs, and production schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and project evaluations for new and existing mining projects.
• Optimize mining methods, equipment selection, and processes to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor mine production and ensure compliance with plans, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with geologists to interpret geological data and integrate it into mine designs.
• Assist in mentoring and training junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant mining engineering experience (open-pit and/or underground).
• Strong understanding of mine design, planning, and operational processes.
• Proficiency with mining software such as Surpac, Deswik, Vulcan, Datamine, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Strong knowledge of mining processes, crusher operations, and mineral extraction techniques.
• Experience with mining software, scheduling tools, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the mining and geotechnical sectors.
• Promote and sell specialized drilling and coring equipment to a technical audience.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and decision-makers in the region.
• Maintain and expand an existing portfolio of customers; leverage relationships to grow the client base.

Required Qualifications
