• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mining operations, preferably within asphalt crushing or quarry environments.
• Strong knowledge of mining processes, crusher operations, and mineral extraction techniques.
• Experience with mining software, scheduling tools, and data analytics.
• Proven track record in optimizing mining operations and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and influence operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the mining and geotechnical sectors.
• Promote and sell specialized drilling and coring equipment to a technical audience.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and decision-makers in the region.
• Maintain and expand an existing portfolio of customers; leverage relationships to grow the client base.
