Job Summary:

To provide sub-specialized services for the diagnosis and management of diseases under the scope of care of the related sub-specialty.

Principal Duties:

  1. Performing the professional duties of a sub-specialist in accordance with the delineation of the scope of care and privileges as recommended by the Chief of department and approved by the Credentialing Committee.
  2. Performing his / her duties in the outpatient clinic according to CPP of KFMC OPD.
  3. Providing the needed care to his/her patients in the wards.
  4. Performing the needed procedures according to the privileging.
  5. Providing consultation services to the in and out patient services in his/her area of expertise.
  6. Sharing in the on-call duties as per the duty schedule according to the KFMC CPP.
  7. Supervising the work of the assistant and/or associate consultants, professional development of the junior physicians and interns, and provides his/ her evaluation of their work at the request of the Chief of Service.
  8. Assuring performing medical documentation and charting in eligible and professional way and to supervise the documentation of the rest of the team.
  9. Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues and patients.
  10. Working as a member of the team and to share administrative responsibilities.
  11. Undertaking administrative duties whenever needed associated with the care of his/her patients under the direction of the division head.
  1. Providing patient and family education according to patient's status and needs.

Educational Requirements:

  • Successful completion of 3 orm more years in a specialty residency training program recognized by SCHS and acceptable to KFMC
  • Certification by the appropriate subspecialty, if one exists in the certifying country.
  • Training and post certification experience equal to or greater than six (6) years in a health care facility recognized by KFMC
  • Independent practice in the Specialty

To ensure all manufactured products meet specified PepsiCo- and regulatory standards in terms of specification and food safety compliance and non-conforming finished products, ingredients, packaging materials and raw materials are not released. Job Description

The Center for Environment & Marine Studies at KFUPM is seeking qualified researchers to fill a research scientist position. The potential candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with experience in Analytical and Environmental Chemistry. Besides, they must utilize that experiment in the environmental monitoring and in the determination of hazardous contaminants such as TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon), PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon), polychlorinated, and BTEX (benzene, ethylbenzene, and toluene) in water, sediment and biota samples using different analytical instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS.

Job Responsibility

· Perform samples analysis for quantification of different environmental pollutants using the most common analytical techniques GC- FID , GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS.

· Train joiner chemists on the advanced analytical techniques.

· Conduct basic and applied research related to water treatment, analytical method development and environmental monitoring.

· Publish findings in reputable peer reviewed journals.
· Write research proposals.

Qualifications

· PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry.

· Has an experience in a research centers similar to the Center for Environment & Marine Studies whose working in the environmental monitoring and in the determination of hazardous contaminants such as TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon), PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon), polychlorinated, and BTEX (benzene, ethylbenzene, and toluene) in water, sediment and biota samples.

· Experience in Analytical instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS.

· Published a good number of articles in reputable journals

· Ability to work with interdisciplinary research groups.
