Interested candidates should have 8-10 years of proven multidisciplinary BIM Coordination experience in the AEC sector, along with excellent people skills, a knack for process automation, and a passion for data accuracy and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design interface coordination, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Define the project scope with the Project Executive and BIM Manager, especially in terms of appointing parties.
- Collaborate with the BIM Manager and Information Manager to establish and maintain the project’s common data environment (CDE).
- Co-develop BIM Execution Plans, Model Information Delivery Plans, and maintain these during project delivery.
- Lead interdisciplinary model coordination meetings to resolve issues and maintain consistent Level of Information Need (LOIN).
- Establish BIM coordination strategy, secure approvals, communicate to stakeholders, and implement.

- Professional skills in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
