The Medical Surgical Nurse 1 is an entry‑level role providing basic nursing care in the assigned nursing unit and is responsible for assisting senior staff in patient management. The role involves adhering to established protocols, developing foundational nursing skills, and supporting the Nursing Unit in required tasks as needed to support the Nursing organization.
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned units nursing practices
