Role Overview:

The Content Creator / Social Media Manager will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing social media accounts, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms. This person will work closely with the marketing manager and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Visit locations (offices, events, construction sites, activations) to shoot photo and video content.

Create engaging Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage.

Develop creative concepts for daily/weekly content that align with the marketing calendar.

Edit videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) using mobile or desktop tools.

Social Media Management

Manage and post across multiple brand accounts.

Schedule content, write captions, and maintain consistent posting.

Engage with followers — reply to messages, comments, and inquiries.

Monitor trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

Campaign Execution

Execute marketing campaigns set by the Marketing Manager.

Cover events and activations live on social media.

Support influencer and PR collaborations with content delivery and coordination.

Reporting

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads).

Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Identify what works and recommend improvements.

Brand Maintenance

Ensure content matches brand guidelines and tone.

Coordinate with the graphic design team for layout and visual needs.

Assist in implementing brand visuals on-site (signage, stickers, printables, etc.).

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in content creation or social media management.

Strong skills in mobile content creation and editing.

Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Creative mindset, fast execution, and ability to multitask.

Fluent in English, and Arabic is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and schedule monthly Reels / short-form video content, aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Shoot and edit video content (Reels, TikTok) — either yourself or by coordinating shoots.
• Collaborate with designers, creative team, and external vendors to bring concepts to life.
• Write captions, scripts, and support multi-platform storytelling (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn).
• Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and iterate on content types.
