We are looking for an experienced performance marketer
to join the growing team at MDLBEAST and play a significant role in driving our
next phase of growth. You will plan, execute, and optimize growth experiments
across paid channels from awareness to acquisition, to revenue.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Execute, optimize, and manage social media ad campaigns.
- Accountable for day-to-day operational processes of campaigns including set-up, receipt/development of creative or tags, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, reporting and campaign optimization.
- Understand pixel implementation on websites for data collection and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve conversion.
- Help ensure that updates and adjustments in the buying platforms are communicated to team members and be able to understand the implications of these updates & changes.
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance toward agreed objectives.
- Have a good understanding of digital marketing performance metrics in order to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to MDLBEAST stakeholders.
- Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities for MDLBEAST.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital
Marketing, or similar field from a reputable institution. - 2 years media-related/agency experience and media
planning/buying; Search and display ads experience is a plus. - Strong understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and
nuances of all digital media types (display, programmatic, video, social,
and mobile). - Have solid expertise in campaign metrics, channel
analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. - Interest in the entertainment industry.
