What you’ll do:
- Perform mechanical servicing activities and general equipment maintenance in line with operating procedures and work instructions including A & B service, green carding / post contract assessment & pre-delivery inspection, engine fault finding / repair and preventative maintenance.
- Carry out mechanical troubleshooting and fault diagnostics as required.
- Assist with site installation (to designed layout), commissioning and decommissioning to acceptable Aggreko standards if needed.
- Respond effectively to technical support of field equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working hours when required.
- Ensure the completion of equipment repairs are on time, to standard and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets.
- Adhere to Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) within working environment at all times.
- Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection. You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or acceptable equivalent qualifications/experience
- At least 1-5 years of experience in the Mechanical field. Experience in the Mechanical field a plus.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of diesel / gas generators and their axillaries.
- Minimum 1 to 5 Years of Experience in Diesel Engine OEM, Rental power company or Utility maintenance comprising DG set, chillers etc.
- Effective troubleshooting capability and ability to read electrical drawings.
- Availability to travel as and when required.
- Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business
- Site/Depot based job requiring both technical and manual work to be conducted in all weather and terrain

Follow technical guidance and participate in team training activities

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
Work as part of a team, specific duties will include the satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the helicopter fleet, within a customer environment
Undertake individually or as part of a team, the aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks, troubleshooting, quality checks and the completion of documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures

Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis required by AHA Management System
Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and in accordance with applicable AHA Management System to perform the Release to Service of the aircraft
Perform duties as assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System
Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s personnel as required
Conduct on-the-job training activity
Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
Supervise and train junior aircraft technicians
Perform other duties as assigned
