Requirements:

• Diploma or professional certificate in mechanics or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of practical experience in mechanical work, preferably in housing and contracting projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately execute work.
• Adherence to quality and safety standards.

Main Duties:

• Installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems (pumps, water and drainage networks, air conditioning, and ventilation).
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.

Job Summary: Performs maintenance, check out, commission, service, install, test, calibrate, repair and/or replace system components of all tools, machines and mechanical-static equipment's.

Key Responsibilities: - In-charge for the installation, erection, Alignment, Testing & Commissioning of the equipment like Columns, Drums, Heat exchanger, Heaters and its related piping systems. In-charge for the assembly of column internal like Trays, Distributor, Pipes and Nozzles and Packing. – In-Charge for the Erection of Radiation & Convention Tubes, Air Pre-Heater, Air Ducts and supporting Structural of Fires Heaters. - Follow maintenance schedules and procedures. - Document maintenance activities. - Coordinate with engineers and supervisors. - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills: - Technical Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent. – at least (3-5) years of experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Industry, mainly in maintenance related Pre-fabrication, Fabrication activities like reviewing of piping and isometric drawings. - Knowledge of refinery equipment and maintenance procedures. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred: - Experience in EPC or industrial refinery projects. - Familiarity with regional safety standards.

Other Requirements: -CWQAP is mandatory for Saudi Aramco Projects. If(Engineer/Technician) in professionmustregister with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Role & responsibilities

Carry out maintenance, dismantling, inspection, repair, and reassembly of rotating and static mechanical equipment, such as: Pumps (centrifugal and reciprocating)

Compressors Gearboxes Turbine Mixture Fin-Fan ID FD Blowers and fans

• Perform precision alignment of rotating equipment using dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
• Conduct equipment inspection and troubleshooting to detect faults or wear.
• Replace defective parts including seals, bearings, gaskets, shafts, couplings, and mechanical seals.
• Follow technical drawings, isometrics, and job packages accurately.
• Support mechanical scopes during shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Work safely under SABICs permit-to-work system, including LOTO, confined space, and hot work procedures.
• Coordinate with other teams (electrical, instrument, rigging) to execute integrated work packages.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and maintained

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Technical Diploma or Industrial Certificate in Mechanical Maintenance or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial plants.
