Electro mechanical maintenance technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing both electrical and mechanical equipment used in our production and retail facilities. This role is crucial to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all machinery, including coffee machines, ovens, mixers, HVAC systems, and packaging equipment.

This role includes some management, creation of preventative maintenance plan and managing a technician.

Responsibilities

· Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment used in bakery and coffee production.

· Diagnose faults and breakdowns to minimize downtime and production loss.

· Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for all electro-mechanical systems and machinery.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

· Collaborate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting business flow.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all maintenance work.

Qualifications & Experience

Technical diploma or certification in electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical engineering, or related field.

3 years of Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, preferably in food production or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Machine Maintenance:
• - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC & welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• - Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in CNC & welding equipment.
• - Calibrate and adjust CNC & welding machines to maintain precision and accuracy.
• - Replace worn-out or damaged components, such as motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.

• - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs and equipment history.

JOB PURPOSE
Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering related works in safe, good and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.
Principal Accountabilities

• Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness.
• Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.

Qualifications
Knowledge / Skill

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls.
• LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels working background
• Electrical safety standards awareness
