Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with pumps, motors, HVAC systems, piping, and other industrial or facility-related mechanical equipment. Valid SCE certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform corrective repairs
• Install, inspect, and test new mechanical components
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and engineering drawings
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work using CMMS or logbooks
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth operation
• Participate in shutdown and turnaround maintenance when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
• Valid SCE Certificate (Saudi Council of Engineers) – Technician Level
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or building facility maintenance
• Proficient in using tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand-held power tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures, especially in high-risk environments
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or pump systems
• Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS systems
• OSHA or equivalent safety training

• Assisting the Maintenance Leader with preventive and predictive maintenance on the facilities, CNC and production machinery when necessary.
• Installation/commissioning and repair maintaining of CNC machinery such as:
• CNC Lathe
• Vertical Lathe

ECS is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to work in Saudi Arabia providing maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators.
Responsibilities

Provide maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators.
Provide on-site maintenance and supply repair/replacement of parts for the AH-64EV2 LCT.
Shall Implement a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for Supported TADSS
Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of TADSS and Foreign Government Furnished Property (GFP) in accordance with and in order of precedence, the applicable Technical Manuals (TMs) for each TADSS, Government-provided preventive maintenance checklists, or best commercial practices if a checklist is not provided.
Maintain TADSS and Foreign GFP in Fully Mission Capable condition to meet the Contract Mission Time and CPF requirements in Appendix B for each device and location.
On-site maintenance performed In Accordance With (IAW) technical data; if technical data/checklist in not provided for any single item, maintenance IAW the best commercial standards.
Maintain all the documentation (Operator Maintainer Manual, I/O Manual, Commercial Off- The-Shelf Manual, Technical Data Package Schematics and Cold Start Procedures) spares and tools.
On-site maintenance coordinated with the local installations designated Foreign Government representative to deconflict training, exercise, and test schedules with maintenance activities, and resolve problems on the devices or at the site.
On-site to repair the system in accordance with the document scheduled maintenance (Preventative Maintenance).
Review/report facility issues that cause Non-Fair Wear and Tear (NFWT) to simulator devices.
Work Orders are logged into the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) with all maintenance information, including Foreign GFP parts/spares obtained from RSLFAC.
