The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. PCN Level II, or III (BINDT) / ASNT Level II, or III

• Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).
• Enhanced security clearance will be required.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience in one or more of the following : Failure analysis and metallographic techniques / Advanced NDT techniques (PAUT, TOFD, Computed Tomography) / Process validation for industrial additive manufacturing / DFA / DFM and process efficiency improvements.
• Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

Continues Professional Development
