- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.
- Proficiency in using data to inform digital strategies is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- GTM & Event Management: Build, manage, and troubleshoot event tracking through Google Tag Manager across all website and campaign platforms.
- Website & Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the website and various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat), and CRM systems.
- Technical SEO Execution: Conduct technical SEO audits, implement solutions, and track improvements across crawlability, site speed, structured data, and indexing performance.
- CRM Automation: Support CRM system automation for lead nurturing and campaign personalization, ensuring high-quality data transfer from web to CRM.
- Script Implementation: Use HTML (and basic JS) to implement custom code, tracking scripts, and lightweight functional enhancements on the website.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and technical execution.
- Reporting & Data Assurance: Validate that all tracking is functional and aligned with analytics/reporting needs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in marketing technology, digital analytics, or a similar technical marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development) or equivalent experience.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) — certification or track record of advanced implementation required.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Technical SEO for at least 3–4 years.
- Solid command of HTML , and familiarity with JS and DOM manipulation for marketing purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot cross-platform tracking and data flow issues.
- Proficiency with at least one CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) — automation experience is a plus .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, , Hotjar, SEMRush).
- Background in automating CRM workflows and managing lead lifecycle integrations.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
