Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acomprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
- Build and protect the school’s brand through consistent messaging, public relations, and digital outreach.
- Lead digital marketing , content creation, and social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the school website.
- Organise and promote events like open houses, tours, and education fairs to boost community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Support admissions by creating targeted campaigns to increase enquiries and enrolments.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report on ROI.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders including local media, influencers, alumni, and the broader school community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within education or an international environment.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, branding, and event planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
