Job Summary:
He/she will report to the dept. head to provide professional support in a wide range of creating
objectives, planning, strategy and execute activities focused on increasing performance,

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position . The role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing activities, including web analytics and online campaigns, with a strong focus on improving performance and reducing CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). Collaboration with the content team and regular follow-ups to ensure seamless campaign execution are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase ROI
  • Optimize campaign performance to reduce CPA
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Analyze web analytics and use insights to refine strategies
  • Create and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to address comments and feedback
  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing .

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify , Zid , or Salla , preferably within a retail environment .

Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends , tools, and performance tracking.

Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage funded campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI and conversion rates .

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and execute social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram) strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Create effective Facebook Ad campaigns with high interaction and reach.
  2. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  3. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  4. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  5. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to create required media and artwork.
  7. Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised with reference to SEO best practices.
  8. Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites.
  9. Improve a company's organic search results.
  10. Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites.
  11. Write effective call-to-action statements.
  12. Strategize ways to improve and track site performance.
