Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Channel Management Division.


The Channel Management Division is responsible for all Aramco corporate channels which includes: website, social media channels, Aramco Life application and print publications.


As a Digital Marketing Analyst your primary role is to leverage data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic efforts across social media platforms and website.





Responsibilities

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:




  • Provide in-depth analysis of social media campaign and website performance

  • Identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Assess the effectiveness of key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Perform detailed audience segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeting strategies and campaign adjustments.

  • Provide comprehensive reporting on social media and website campaigns, presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

  • Assess emerging trends and technologies in digital and social media marketing analytics to ensure tools and methodologies remain cutting-edge.

  • Perform testing and analysis to determine the effectiveness of various campaign elements, such as: creative formats and messaging strategies.

  • Increasing a website’s visibility in search engines to drive organic and paid traffic.

  • Analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes.

  • Work closely with the content creators and web developers to implement strategies that improve rankings and maximize Return On Investment.



Education & Experience Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold a:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.

  • Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.

  • Proficiency in using data to inform digital strategies is a requirement.

  • Expertise in social media and website promotion and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies.

  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as: Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is also necessary.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring data insights align with broader social media and company objectives.

- Demonstrated ability to use advanced techniques for data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent understanding of key marketing metrics, Google Analytics, ad platforms data, SEO analytics (e.g., BrightEdge, Semrush), social media data (e.g., Sprinklr, BrandWatch), and media intelligence (e.g., CARMA, Meltwater).

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving growth and profitability within designated sectors, contributing to the annual business plan.
  2. Developing solutions to overcome barriers to profitability and growth.
  3. Achieving annual gross margin and profit targets.
  4. Pricing strategies to ensure success and profitability.
  5. Managing revenue of 3-4 million AED.
  6. Generating RFPs and maintaining the integrity of proposals and pitches.
  7. Designing projects within budget while maximizing client spend.
  8. Collaborating with teams and suppliers to improve processes for client benefit.
  9. Negotiating with clients on project scope changes.
  10. Ensuring client deliverables meet expectations and exemplify excellence.
  11. Demonstrating thought leadership in the market research field.
  12. Identifying and developing new clients, while nurturing existing relationships through research excellence.
  13. Understanding client business and market dynamics thoroughly.
  14. Motivating the team through clear communication and leadership.
  15. Leading account strategy development and team communication.
  16. Setting objectives and development plans for direct reports aligned with company strategy.

Experience and Skills:
  • Educational background in a related field (BA/MA/BCom).
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in market research and analysis.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to advise on research methodologies and products.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of marketing processes and project management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Our Research Services Competence Centre provides tailored B2B market research, partner search, and market visits across various industrial and professional sectors. To support this growth, we are looking for freelance consultants in Saudi Arabia with a strategic mindset and strong business orientation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth desk research using local and regional sources, databases, and publications
  • Identifying and interviewing industry experts, companies, and relevant stakeholders to gather firsthand insights
  • Analyzing findings and preparing clear, structured reports in English
  • Collaborating with the FMC team remotely and providing cultural or other business insights
  • Providing on-the-ground support during fieldwork or client engagements as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)

· Minimum 5 years of business experience, ideally in business development, strategic planning, consulting, or market research in B2B/industries

· Strong understanding of the business landscape in Saudi Arabia; GCC experience is a plus

· Experience with industry or company research, mapping stakeholder ecosystems, and structuring findings

· Native-level Arabic and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Analytical thinker with attention to detail and structured working style

· Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

· Comfortable with remote collaboration and flexible schedules

· No travel restrictions (in case occasional in-person meetings are needed)
