Market Research Analyst – MENAP (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) Region

Job Responsibilities

1-   Marketing Content Development & Publications

·   Prepare high-quality marketing documents, including industry reports, white papers, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.

·   Contribute to the creation of Insights public market research reports, particularly for the MENAP market.

·   Develop compelling and data-driven presentations, infographics, and brochures for internal and external use.

·   Ensure research findings are effectively translated into engaging stakeholder materials.

·   Support the production of digital content, including website articles, blog posts, and social media insights.

2-   Market Research & Data Analysis

·   Conduct in-depth market research to analyse trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments across the MENA region.

·   Gather and interpret data from various sources, including reports, surveys, and economic indicators.

·   Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support content creation and business strategy.

·   Monitor competitor activities and assess their impact on the market landscape.

·   Develop engaging data visualizations and insights to enhance marketing materials.

3-   Client Engagement & Business Support

·   Assist in preparing client-facing reports, proposals, and presentations.

·   Support business development efforts by providing market intelligence and strategic insights.

·   Draft and coordinate research proposals in response to client inquiries and RFPs.

·   Present findings in a clear and actionable format to both internal teams and clients.

·   Participate in internal and external meetings to provide research-driven marketing support.

4-   Regional Scope & Travel Requirements

·   Primarily focused on the GCC market, with potential assignments across the Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan (MENAP) region.

·   Travel may be required for industry events, client meetings, or on-ground market research.

Summary

  • To serve all the company clients who require qualitative and quantitative research
  • To monitor the projects delegated to you from launch up to their final execution
  • To Communicate with clients to understand and document the business objectives
  • To do clients' briefings
  • To manage the collection of quantitative and qualitative data
  • To design and assist in the development of questionnaires and moderation guides to ensure that the necessary data is captured
  • To conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
  • To prepare reports on findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text
  • To seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
  • Any additional task that will be related to the job

Candidate Profile

  • Preferably 0-1 year of experience in research methods, customer service, sales, marketing, and data processing
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Skilled in coordination, presentations, time management, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Strong written/oral communication and comprehension abilities
  • Proactive team player with strong typing and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
  • Open to internal training and development programs

Responsibilities


• Collect and organize supplier and product information into Google Sheets.


• Standardize products into a consistent catalog for easy comparison.


• Where possible, set up basic scripts or scraping tools to keep pricing and stock information updated.


• Ensure accuracy, freshness, and consistency of the data.

Requirements


• Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel and attention to detail.


• Experience with supplier or product data research.


• For the technical side: Python web scraping or automation experience is a plus.


• Ability to work with Arabic and English data.

Deliverables (Initial Phase)


• Structured list of suppliers with contact details.


• Product catalog covering key construction materials.


• A basic system to refresh pricing data regularly.
