The Sales Operations team drives continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly. The success of the role is measured against increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used to drive key business decisions. The role entails

  • Report on data quality metrics to executive level stakeholders

What we are looking for in you

Objective:

The role-holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the IT Security Operations discipline. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.

General Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage security controls for ASMO’s IT infrastructure including cloud workloads and endpoint devices.
  • Monitor security systems and tools to detect and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure that any unauthorized access, misuse, modification or denial of a network resource or network itself is detected and prevented
  • Configure and maintain the virtual private network, firewalls, web content filtering and email security

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Experience (CX) Operations Analyst to support our growing CX team in delivering a seamless, data-driven customer journey. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing CX platforms primarily HubSpot (CX) and ChurnZero ensuring clean customer data, scalable processes, and actionable insights.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about Customer Experience in the SaaS space and eager to learn industry-leading tools and processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily CX operational tasks in HubSpot and ChurnZero, including data syncs, segmentation, and automation.
  • Build and maintain workflows for CX pipeline, forecasting, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot field mapping, integration, and system logic issues.
  • Ensure accurate data flow for customer health scores, lifecycle stages, and company details.
  • Conduct regular customer data audits for accuracy and completeness.
  • Clean and enrich records using HubSpot tools, filters, and custom views.
  • Support deduplication, tagging, and standardization processes.
  • Assist in mapping and optimizing workflows for renewals, expansions, and proactive outreach.
  • Maintain customer stage definitions in line with CX playbooks.
  • Create or assist in building dashboards for key CX metrics.
  • Pull data from HubSpot and ChurnZero to support team decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation for CX workflows, playbooks, and operational processes.

Support the CX team in using HubSpot and ChurnZero effectively.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in CX, CS, or Support Operations (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and ChurnZero (required).
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Description

Role Main Purpose:

The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the organization’s cybersecurity team with a strong focus on security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response support. This role will work with the Cybersecurity Manager to monitor systems using the organization’s SIEM and EDR solutions, investigate anomalies, and ensure threats are identified and escalated effectively along with reviewing the implementation of cybersecurity procedures.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security events and alerts using the organization’s SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform
  • Review and triage alerts from the EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solution
  • Perform initial investigation and classification of security events
  • Conduct log analysis across Linux and Windows systems to identify potential threats
  • Escalate confirmed or suspicious incidents to the Cybersecurity Manager
  • Document and track findings and responses using the internal ticketing system
  • Assist in threat hunting exercises and participate in simulated incident response drills
  • Monitor and enforce endpoint health status and compliance
  • Support the implementation of new security monitoring rules and detections
  • Maintain awareness of current cyber threats and share intelligence with the team
  • Participate in the review and continuous improvement of monitoring playbooks and workflows
  • Pre-purchase audit.
  • Help Develop Security Policies.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT security or SOC operations

Practical Experiences with:

  • SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel)
  • EDR solutions (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Sophos)
  • Linux systems (navigation, log review, command line tools)

Strong Understanding of:

  • Common attack techniques and MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Event log types (auth, syslog, web logs, etc.)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and correlate security logs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Security certifications: CEH, eCTHP, GSEC, Blue Team Level 1 (BTL1), or similar
  • Familiar with Cloud providers, AWS, Oracle etc…

Familiarity with:

  • Incident response lifecycle
  • Basic scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Asset inventory or vulnerability management tools
  • Previous experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or blue team environment
