We have an exciting opportunity for the Senior Account Manager-ELV Portfolio-Giga Projects in Riyadh, KSA who is responsible for multiple accounts, effort focused on increasing Honeywell’s book of business with new and existing customers and leveraging relationships.

**The Purpose of the Role**

The Lead Manufacturing Technician is Responsible for assisting the local team to deliver the required business products as per the company standards. Responsible for coordinating the input of various key internal and external stakeholders and must have good communications skills. Duties include system infrastructure support - design reviews and assemble final products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess a good understanding of principal of electrical, electronic & instrumentation.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities related to the production KPIs. Responsible to achieve the daily production target as per AOP.
- Assist in integrated system service and designs for finished goods.
- Drive performance to achieve: On-time delivery and Proactive technical issue prevention.
- Support as necessary with troubled Production issues. Consistent delivery of Exceptional Technical Support solutions and innovation to customers.
- Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to the field delivery team.
- Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld. Ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.

    Position Objectives:

    Ensure that all products, processes, and services meet established quality standards through thorough inspection, testing, and documentation. The role is committed to identifying non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Job Description & Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and relevant standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
    • Provide training and awareness sessions on quality policies and procedures.
    • Monitor compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Support the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.
    • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks using a structured risk management framework (e.g., ISO 31000).
    • Maintain and update the risk register, ensuring risk mitigation actions are implemented and monitored.
    • Support risk assessment workshops and report risk exposure to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop, implement, and test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in line with ISO 22301 or relevant BCM frameworks.
    • Organize periodic BCP drills and simulation exercises to ensure readiness.
    • Manage all related projects and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in quality, compliance, risk management, or BCM (telecom/technology sector preferred).
    • Preferably certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, PMP, or Six Sigma.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
    • Fluency in English (mandatory).
