Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical problems on equipment & machinery in the process area (aseptic production area and finished production area).
- Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions.
- Participate and support all qualification and calibration activities related to process machines.
- Ensuring work complies with standards, tolerances, and fits & working in accordance with sound engineering practices on all jobs under his purview.
- Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to a superior.
- Perform machine shop work operating various machines such as drilling, grinding, cutting equipment, pneumatic tools, and electric/manual hand tools.
- Equipment Problems Troubleshooting and Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solutions.
- Ensuring mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections.
- Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons.
- Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials, and work area.
- To cover the shifts/holidays (if required) with all related responsibilities such as temperature and humidity monitoring, utilities functionality, etc.

Assists Production Supervisor and operators in set up, normalization, troubleshooting and optimization of all machine processes with the ultimate goal of reducing scrap, improving machine output performance and reducing tool change times. Maintains and secures controlled extrusion & injection process by using item weights, checking and optimizing current running process.
Tasks and Duties:
- Performing line readings and equipment walk downs to ensure extrusion parameters are maintained, quality issues are identified and solutions are implemented.
- Performing visual inspection of finished products to identify conditional or mechanical issues with the equipment. If issues are found, notify the appropriate resource or make appropriate adjustments to ensure a correction is made.
- Identifies process improvements and areas for reduction in waste and increased throughput.

- Follows documentation practices & completes all reports and paperwork as required.
- Verifies that basic maintenance duties on extrusion machines and ancillary equipment as specified within the planned maintenance guidelines are completed. Supports and monitors adherence to TPM & 5S programs.
- Supports and assists implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Re-enforces consistent and accurate data recording and logging of changes in process- and production parameters.
- Ensuring any systems implemented in the section are fully supported taking personal ownership of the process, procedure or system.
- Displays a methodical approach to problems solving and root cause analysis to identify process, machine or work area improvements that optimize productivity.

- Conducts operations to ISO and OHSAS standards and assists with updating procedures and work instructions to reflect current production and process status.

Required Skills, Personal Qualities and Training:
- A strong knowledge of PVC and CPVC Extrusion processes and equipment.
- Minimum five years of experience in an extrusion operator or process optimization role, gained in a modern, lean manufacturing plastics environment.
- Must have experience setting up, troubleshooting PVC and CPVC pipe extrusion process & lines.
- Hands-on experience in plastic extrusion process optimization and machine/tooling commissioning.
- Ability to deliver Health and Safety control with-in a structured system like OHSAS 18001.
- Proven background of driving continuous improvement within an ISO 9001 production environment.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs (TPM).
- Project and trial coordination skills.

The Power Production Technician will be responsible respond to the base within a two (-2-) hour notification to interface with authorized U.S. Government personnel.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Responsible to manage resources and activities devoted to installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power generating and control systems.
- Maintain strict compliance to to all applicable PWS requirements, host nation laws, and compliance to all U.S Department of Defense and U.S. Department of State requirements, as applicable.
- Technical Expertise:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Must maintain strict compliance to all applicable PWS contractual requirements, and contractual performance must meet or exceed all manufacturer's specifications, and/or applicable references.
Responsible to operate, maintain, and repair all USG provided generators, transfer switches, fuel tanks, cabling and any other equipment needed to support the governments requests of generators and spot generators providing prime power for mission requirements.

Work experience operating and maintaining generators ranging from 5 to 4,300 kilowatts is required.
Education, Experience, and required credentials.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the electrical power generation field.
- Must be a Journeyman or Master Electrician with valid Electrician certification and license issued by a recognized credentialing authority within any recognized U.S state or recognized U.S. Territory and be in current expiration period. (In accordance with NFPA 70,70E, 110, and 111).
- Provide evidence of passing the International Code Council (ICC) national journeyman or master certification exam, as applicable for either Journeyman and or Master Electricians.
- Experience with operating and maintaining generators ranging from 5 to 4,300 kilowatts required.
- Must have a valid passport and must be able to meet all requirements to obtain residency work visa.
- Must successfully pass CENTCOM medical requirements and be fit-for-duty to immediately deploy.
