Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation; experience with ERP/manufacturing software is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process monitoring and improvement
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills

Position Overview

You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience
