Role Purpose:

To support QC Engineers in executing quality control and testing activities on manufactured equipment and (e.g., RMUs, switchgear, panels), ensuring compliance with customer specifications and international standards, thereby contributing to enhanced product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and incoming goods inspections as per assigned tasks.
• Perform all testing activities assigned by QC Engineers within the defined schedule.
• Accurately complete and maintain records of testing documents for finished goods.
• Strictly adhere to all local regulations and company health and safety policies at all times.
• Ensure all testing equipment used is properly calibrated and immediately report any deviations to the department head.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in quality testing of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. (e.g., RMUs, switchgear, panels)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Practical experience in testing power distribution equipment (e.g., RMUs, switchgear, panels).

• Monitor compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality, compliance, risk management, or BCM (telecom/technology sector preferred).
• Preferably certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, PMP, or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
