- Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients by working with technology and data.
- Manage working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner.
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to generate marketing strategies and insights, and prepare presentations.
- Lead team and external meetings, and co-lead or lead project management.
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to build the firm's intellectual capital and solution development.
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on fields such as digital marketing, social media, customer experience, product launch, ad-tech, mar-tech, offline campaigns, media management, or direct response marketing.
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties.
- Experience managing clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the applying country and ability to obtain travel visas.
Preferred qualifications
- Additional marketing experience in agency environment, SEO/SEM, video content creation, usability labs, print production management, or related fields.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience developing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business.
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants.
- Industry expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology.
- MBA or master’s degree in marketing or digital fields is a plus.
