- At least fifteen (15) years of experience in managing dairy business operations, including farm, plant, and distribution.
- At least five (5) years of this experience as CEO or Managing director of a Dairy business.
- Proven experience as an MD for medium
- to large-scale operations
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East will be an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi laws and practices, particularly relating to dairy operations

Votre quotidien chez Saur

Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Général(e) pour notre cluster à Dammam, en Arabie Saoudite, afin de soutenir le succès du projet d’usine de traitement de l’eau. Vous serez en charge d’organiser et de piloter les ressources et procédures des Services, de diriger l’équipe auprès des entrepreneurs, et de coordonner les différents personnels. Votre mission principale sera d’assurer une prestation efficace des services d’eau et d’eaux usées, tout en respectant les engagements contractuels et en optimisant les performances pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.

  • Mobiliser et mettre en œuvre l’organisation, les ressources et procédures nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des services d’eau et d’assainissement, avec le soutien des équipes clés.
  • Diriger et coordonner l’équipe des services aux entrepreneurs, déléguer les tâches et maintenir une communication ouverte entre les différents collaborateurs.
  • Gérer globalement l’équipe du cluster en assurant le respect des contrats, l’amélioration des standards de service et la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Représenter l’entrepreneur auprès de la NWC, assurer la liaison et faciliter la collaboration avec toutes les parties concernées.
  • Garantir la prestation rapide et efficace des services, en collaboration avec la direction et le responsable performance.
  • Évaluer les performances de l’équipe de direction avec les RH et organiser le transfert progressif des compétences vers le personnel local pour assurer la continuité opérationnelle.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure (Bac +5) dans un domaine pertinent tel que l’ingénierie, l’administration des affaires ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative d’au moins 20 ans dans le secteur des services d’eau et d’assainissement, incluant un minimum de 5 ans dans la gestion des appels d’offres.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais courant est indispensable, la connaissance de l’arabe constituant un atout.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences organisationnelles et managériales, avec une capacité éprouvée à déléguer et coordonner efficacement les équipes.
Rémunération et avantages chez Saur

Votre rémunération fixe se composera :

  • Avec un contrat local, votre rémunération fixe sera entre 11 191 euros et 13 523 euros net mensuel soit entre 48 000 SAR et 58 000 SAR net mensuel
  • Bonus annuel pouvant atteindre jusqu’à 2 mois de salaire
