  2. Become familiar with the client's business environment to lead projects effectively

  5. Ensure project scope and schedule are achievable within the given time and budget

  7. Apply managerial, technical, and theoretical skills to fulfill objectives and deliverables
  8. Implement solid project management strategies for task interdependence

**Reports To:** IT project Manager - KSA
**Job Summary :** Drive the successful delivery related to KSA market. Where the role will be able to coordinate between regulatory bodies and Cigna to ensure the business requirements are built in technologies properly. in addition to manage future changes required where he is the point of contacts for future requirements.
**Role Overview:**
The BSA assists in the gathering and analysis of information for developing and modifying IT systems. Assists in determining data and system requirements and the development of system specifications. Prepares diagrams and systems flow charts to describe existing and proposed application. Creates and maintains system documentation in collaboration with architects and team members.
The BA will work closely with the Product Management, Product Owners, Agile team and other subject matter experts to support the refinement of the backlog, working first as a consultant and ending as a mentor, increasing shared understanding of systems across the agile team
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
+ Provide detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and assist the Product Owners with user stories documentation on Jira to guide development teams and ensure business needs are met.
+ Support development teams with project clarifications and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
+ Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to clarify requirements and support business testing efforts.
+ Act as the Business Analyst for mega client onboarding changes, regulatory changes, and member addition/policy upload projects.
+ Serve as link between business and development teams for pre auth, claims, customer care, and regulatory projects.
+ Work with external project teams, including service providers (e.g., ELM, MASDR) and regulators (e.g., CHI, InsuranceAuthority), to deliver high quality BRDs.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align business processes with client needs.
+ Experience with regulatory changes on regulated systems and services (e.g., Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen) - Preferable
+ Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.
+ Business Process Flows: Expertise in designing clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations, enhance system functionality, and guide cross functional teams.
+ Technical Proficiency: knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban and Confluence
+ Ensure all assigned projects are updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management
+ Share regular status reports with IT management stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
+ Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements to enhance project outcomes.
+ Support new joiners by providing guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.
+ Ensure assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines of the agile delivery team and meets the enterprise quality standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in an IT related field such as, MIS, IT Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

**Position Summary**

The Business Analysis Associate is responsible for obtaining, interpreting, and defining business requirements, outlining problems, and working with different cross-functional teams to define and deliver amazing solutions. The position will be the key point of contact from the IT team to the business and must oversee the business process analysis and execute the collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements.

**Major Responsibilities**

Based on interaction with business units, the Senior Business Analyst will propose and document innovative ideas which will drive value to KAPSARC. This includes managing the relations and communication with business and support departments.
- Understand business problems, analyze the need, and devise change strategies, working with the technical teams on suitable solutions.
- Drive change and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
- Document and evaluate the business case for a proposed change with supported high level project plans.
- Understand business requirements, documenting and simplifying them so they are suitable for technical teams.
- Develop and document user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps and conduct sessions based on design thinking practice.
- Requirements modeling using UML, and supporting User Acceptance processes.
- Document non-functional requirements from business by asking specific questions such as expected performance per user request.
- Locate inefficiencies, present opportunities, and process recommendations, implemented via IT and technological solutions.
- Using different analytical techniques and tools, to document business and non-functional requirements (such as expected performance).
- Connecting and bridging domain experts and technology experts by explaining technical terminology to business teams and business requirements to technical teams.
- Working with business to understand the issues/bottlenecks/opportunities and document, in business terms, possible solutions.
- Gathering, identifying, documenting of business requirements, and simplifying them, so that they are easily understood across the whole team. Use tools and techniques to produce high level wireframes and concepts to present to the business teams.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Work in an agile way to ensure the requirements are properly translated into user stories with suitable acceptance criteria.
- Be able to interpret economic and mathematical information and construct attractive charts and diagrams.
- Must be able to produce impressive reports, PowerPoint slides and presentations.
- Translate the research requirements into user stories using Agile tools (such as Azure DevOps).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with directors, senior managers, and business partners across the organization.
- Produce clear and visually interesting diagrams to explain processes, flow and concepts as required using tools such as Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
- Help business stakeholders to embrace digital solutions and new ways of working to drive greater efficiencies and meet their business priorities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating the delivery of services to IT key internal customers.
