- Assist in developing and implementing the Asset Management Framework for hospitality assets in Qiddiya including setting, monitoring and periodically refining a Hospitality Asset Management Strategy (“HAMS”).

- Assist in preparing budgets, re-forecasts, and investment models; evaluate ROI on capex and leasing initiatives.
- Review monthly financial reports for accountability and transparency, ensuring alignment with property management.
- Maintain communication with investors, preparing updates, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with CMA regulations across fund, asset, and corporate activities.
- Manage lender relationships and ensure property compliance with loan agreements.
- Develop cash flow projections and facilitate onboarding of new investments.
- Oversee property tax and insurance strategies for the portfolio.
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
- 4-8 years of asset management experience with Class A multifamily and mixed-use assets, preferably in MENA.
- Proficiency in cash flow modeling, sell/hold, and ROI analysis.
- Experience with Fund Management structures preferred.
- Support in transaction processes like acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.
- Deep understanding of multifamily property financial reports and operations.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
