Accountabilities- Operate and maintain the machine to ensure delivering the production plan
- Accurate reporting of data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material) via MES
- Follow, adhere and update the manufacturing checklists and logs
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (Safety, Basic maintenance, Operation including quality tests, change-over, troubleshooting, adjustments/fine tuning)
- Minimize waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs

- Responsible to lead start of shift data review and complete a successfully exchange or hand-off with previous shift
- Monitor, troubleshoot and adjust equipment based on work process data within known boundaries.
- Perform routine and non-routine complex maintenance on equipment (refer complex mechanical problems to a Maintenance Technician). Act as a final Gate troubleshooter prior to escalating need to the Tech Advisor or Maintenance group
