The role will manage and oversee all financial activities of the holding company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the group and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage treasury matters and banking relationships to secure the necessary facilities.
- Consolidate financial statements and reports from all business units.

Your Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
