This person will lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with local and international standards, and the delivery of reliable financial reports to support decision-making.
This role also includes aligning accounting operations with sales, inventory, and manufacturing processes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations & Financial Management
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, sales, purchases, expenses, and asset recording.
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all financial transactions in alignment with internal policies.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
- Analyze key financial indicators such as profit margins, inventory turnover, and liquidity ratios.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing variance analysis and performance insights.
- Oversee customer billing, collections, and AR aging analysis.

- GCP Cost Optimization Strategy & Execution:

- ** Therapy Development**: The main goal of the Therapy Development Manager is to establish Impella & Heart Recovery as new Standard of Care in the Middle East Region. - ** Account Management/ Account Training**: Enable and drive our patient growth and clinical performance in key centers throughout the ME region for all our indications (by priority). Coordinate our strategy with distributors, implement/lead clinical activities and establish a transparent case reporting like our direct distribution markets. Initiate and coordinate Abiomed customer training programs to develop/expand physician skills to drive the Impella adoption in active sites as well in new sites. Establish new Abiomed Centers of Excellence within the ME region.
- ** Patient Support**:Improve patient outcomes constantly by implementing latest Abiomed clinical strategies, supporting clinical staff within the cathlab, OR and ICU. Perform After Action Review’s with MD’s following each case. Establish peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices.
Plan regular visits to all institutions with active Impella programs to monitor activity and collect clinically relevant data.
- ** Distribution partners support**: Establish strong relationships to our distribution partners in the ME region. Execute quarterly strategy meetings and After Action Reviews to monitor progress and to ensure continuous learning and improvement. **Job Requirements**
- Clinical/technical experience in interventional cardiology or intensive care
- 5+ years of experience in medical device with a long sting in cardiovascular space is a must, preferential also a 3+ years of direct patient support in a Cath Lab, ICU, or CCU required in MCS technologies
- Established relationships/network of Interventional Cardiologists, heart surgeons and heart failure specialists across the Middle East region (focus on UAE)
- Proven track record of success, in launching high value therapies and achieving high growth rates
- Ability to work in a team environment required
- Availability for emergent patient care required
- Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings
- Ability to travel 80%+ within ME region is required

Job Description
The Fleet Performance Engineer will be the main technical contact for Alpitronic and its fleet clients in the Middle East.
The role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability and continuous improvement of our DC fast charging systems, through proactively monitoring fleet data, diagnosing technical issues and providing support to internal engineering teams and external clients. The role also contributes to overseeing the introduction of new products and plays a key part in achieving and supporting local product certifications.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and analyse real-world performance data from deployed systems, particularly during the initial product launch phase, in order to identify trends, anomalies and systemic bugs
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using tools such as system logs, data mining and remote diagnostics to isolate, replicate and resolve recurring technical issues
- Supervise the rollout of new hardware and software versions, identifying any potential faults or risks in the early stages of introducing the new product
- Act as the technical liaison for fleet customers, providing support on performance, hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Assist in the process of obtaining local product certifications and guide clients in meeting regional compliance standards
- Work together with the software, hardware, and customer service teams to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction by passing on their feedback to the product teams
- Maintain clear, structured documentation of diagnostics, resolutions, field issues and performance metrics
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics or Software Engineering;
- Familiarity with EV charging architecture, protocols and communication systems;
- Previous working experience in field service engineering, system validation or technical support roles, ideally in the EV or telecoms industries
- Experience of working with complex systems involving both hardware and software
- Proficiency in analysing system and performance data using standard diagnostic tools
- Experience with communication and networking protocols (e.g. PLC, TCP/IP, CAN, Modbus)
- Knowledge of DC fast charging standards (IEC 61851, DIN 70121 and ISO 15118) and OCPP (versions 1.6 and 2.0.1) would be advantageous
- Experience with fleet operations or connected mobility systems would be beneficial
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous
