Requirements

What you bring
    • Completed commercial or equivalent education
    • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
    • Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
    • Fluent in Arabic and English
    • Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
    • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
    • High quality awareness and attention to detail
    • Full-time availability
    • Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.
