Requirements
What you bring- Completed commercial or equivalent education
 
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
 
- Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
 
- Fluent in Arabic and English
 
- Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
 
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
 
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
 
- Full-time availability
