Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of materials across our operations, from raw material collection at customer sites to the delivery of treated products to their final destination. The Logistics Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Sales, Production, and Warehouse departments to organize and oversee all transportation activities. The role requires direct interaction with customers (after introduction by Sales), as well as the development of a reliable network of transport suppliers (land, sea, and air). The candidate must be proactive, reactive, flexible, and detail-oriented, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and insurance requirements while delivering efficient, timely, and customer-focused service. The role also includes coordinating with the Sales Department for timely collection of raw materials from customer sites and delivery to our facility for treatment.

Responsibilities, in brief, include planning and managing transportation of materials and finished goods, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage transportation of treated products to final destination.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.
  • Maintain customer service level agreements with transporters and update them periodically.
  • Arrange internal transfers of final products to external storage facilities when required by Production and Warehouse departments.
  • Establish and maintain a reliable network of trusted land, sea, and air transport providers to cover operational needs.
  • Liaise directly with customers (after Sales introduction) to organize transportation, deliver labels, and manifests when required.
  • Prepare and manage all transportation documents including waybills, manifests, and shipping instructions.
  • Submit invoices to the accounts department after shipment to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Keep good records of ABC manifests corresponding to the materials received per truck in coordination with the warehouse department.
  • Ensure customs clearance procedures are correctly executed and compliant with KSA requirements.
  • Arrange and follow up on transportation insurance for goods in transit.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, resolve transport-related issues promptly, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Continuously optimize logistics processes for cost, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Solid understanding of land, sea, and air transport operations.
  • Practical knowledge of Incoterms and international trade rules.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulatory requirements in KSA.
  • Experience in handling transportation insurance.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities : Highly reactive, flexible, customer-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Design Consultant's work on the design of mobility and logistics networks within the city.
  • Provide technical guidance to Design Consultants through regular review meetings and formal requests for information.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues between the Design Consultant and NEOM's wider functions, sectors, and departments.
  • Lead design reviews of technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with THE LINE Codes, Standards, Guidelines, and Requirements.
  • Promote consistency in design solutions across THE LINE.
  • Identify key risks and document them in the Risk Register, initiating mitigation discussions.
  • Escalate high-risk design issues to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Your day at NTT DATA

The Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for providing detailed technical support relating to the organization’s supply chain solutions and its optimization, processes, and use of resources.

The primary objective of this role is to achieve cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible administration of solutions (flow of material, value, information).

This role participates in the execution of the logistics and supply chain strategy that defines the connection and combination of activities and functions throughout the value chain including B2B integration.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the necessary processes and systems exist for the buying team to execute the everyday activities.
  • Ensures the flow of materials, products, services and information.
  • Engages with vendors and clients and intervene when queries from these stakeholders are escalated.
  • Remains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of advanced components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries.
  • Ensures the necessary processes are in place to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
  • Participate in the pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to create the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness.
  • Works on strategic projects that identify risks to supply chain delivery and drive the implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Assists with any other relevant task as requested by management.
  • Vendor order placements and follow-ups
  • Following up logistics company's to ensure the timely HW receipt based on the project requirement

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Display good attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes.
  • Possess good knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Good client service orientation and impeccable relationship building skills.
  • Display an analytical orientation and continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess an understanding of the client’s business needs and the associated company delivery model.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or Information Technology or a related field.
  • Relevant Supply Chain and Logistics certification preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Seasoned experience relevant to the field within a large scale technology services environment.
  • Seasoned experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment.

Your Role

Role Summary: Local Order Processing Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Oversee the complete processing cycle of local customer orders and indent from GIN and MVI, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfilment.
  • SAP ACT! Operations: Manage the end-to-end sales order process in SAP ACT! — including order entry, vendor purchase orders, validation, fulfilment, and invoicing — while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Collaborate with Salesforce to track opportunities and sales progress, and utilize SmartPortal to coordinate with customers and provide real-time visibility into order status, enabling efficient and transparent execution across all platforms.
  • Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of goods. Ensure all shipments comply with local and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal trade compliance policies.
  • Customer & Internal Communication: Foster clear and professional communication with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain high service levels
  • SABER: Manage end-to-end SABER regulated product certification process, including obtaining Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) in compliance with SASO/SALEEM regulations.
  • E-Invoicing Compliance: Handle e-invoicing processes in Arabic, ensuring alignment with local tax regulations and electronic invoicing mandates.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage local inventory levels to ensure product availability for customer orders. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to track stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records and order documentation in alignment with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Finance Collaboration: Liaise with finance and credit control teams to resolve billing issues, support payment allocations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Receivables Support: Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with customers as needed, and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing overdue accounts.
  • Quotations & Returns Management: Support the preparation of quotations, manage product returns, and ensure accuracy in invoicing, credit notes, and related documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to process optimization efforts and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

E-Invoicing (Arabic):

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian e-invoicing regulations and ZATCA requirements.
  • Generate, validate, and manage electronic invoices in Arabic with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment.

Customer Collections:

  • Proactively follow up with customers to secure outstanding payments and support timely cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts receivable performance and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions to support audit readiness and performance tracking.


To succeed, you will need

Qualifications:
  • Minimum secondary education in business, technical, or language studies.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is requaread.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
