- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a MUST
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

In this role, you will acquire, win and retain new customers. As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative of the company, you will maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and maximize business opportunities to achieve agreed goals. You will spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working hand in hand with the Customer Care Personnel (customer care tasks) on the same customers. You will take pricing decision in alignment with the Customer Care Manager, and following the Trade Management/Pricing recommendations. You will be account owner of sales accounts (personally own an account portfolio).

- Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
- Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline or relevant Sea Logistics Sales experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the freight forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sea logistics sales in Saudi Arabia. with a focus on developing sea logistics SME accounts.
- Self-starter and proactive who is able to develop new business “Hunter” characteristics rather than “farmer”.
- Good command in English language and native Arabic speaker.

- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies focused on Oracle SCM Cloud across key accounts in the Middle East.

**Responsibilities**
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies focused on Oracle SCM Cloud across key accounts in the Middle East.
+ Collaborate with regional account executives, solution engineers, and industry leaders to grow Oracle's presence in segments such as:
+ Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
+ Healthcare Distribution and Logistics
+ Private Hospital Networks and Clinics
+ Support renewal and upsell opportunities by engaging early in the customer lifecycle and aligning Oracle SCM to strategic supply chain initiatives.
+ Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive post-sale adoption, value realization, and customer retention across the region.
+ Identify and influence expansion opportunities by addressing critical business outcomes such as inventory optimization, procurement automation, and supply resilience.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to CSCOs, supply chain leaders, CFOs, and IT decision-makers across target industries.
+ Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and industry-specific innovation sessions.
+ Leverage Oracle's regional references, success stories, and case studies to influence deal progression and build executive sponsorship.
+ Own the SCM solution sales strategy and execution across assigned accounts in the Middle East.
+ Lead the end of the business case development and solutioning.
+ Drive pipeline development through demand generation activities with Oracle partners for the SMB segment.
+ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual SCM Cloud sales targets.
**KPIs / Success Metrics:**
1. Supply Chain Solution growth in assigned strategic accounts
2. Pipeline coverage and progression for the SMB segment
3. Customer satisfaction and CX reference creation across the region
4. Renewal and Win Rates for the Supply Chain Solution.
**Required Experience**
+ In-depth knowledge of supply chain management within healthcare, life sciences, or distribution/logistics sectors in the Middle East.
+ Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud (or equivalent Tier 1 SaaS platforms)
+ Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operational transformation.
+ Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
+ Willingness to travel across GCC and broader Middle East region (~50%).

While the need for resilient supply chains has been a consistent rallying cry over the past year, resiliency does not happen on its own. Reflecting on the importance of supply chain transformation the SAP Digital Supply Chain Line of Business supports our customers around the world to build and operate Resilient Supply Chains across the Design to Operate portfolio of solutions. The Solutions Sales Specialist role will be expected to engage with Customer C-level representatives to help & enable their customers’ to invest in, adopt and consume these solutions.
The primary purpose of Product Sales is to push selected strategic / new solutions. The scope of activities spans from business development and hunting of opportunities across a given market, to closing of sales cycles with existing and new customers. The SSE will have a strong functional and product expertise which will complement the AE activity on the account.
Core tasks include:
Generate opportunities through leverage of lead generation campaign within prospects and existing customers.
Leverage telesales (if applicable) to create demand generation.
Align closely with AE when prospecting into existing accounts and when initiating the engagement within account.
Supports the AE in building strong customer relationships.
Take full ownership of opportunity, drive teamwork with presales expert, Implementation consultants and partners.
Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities.
Maintain an accurate and documented CRM pipeline of opportunities, on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Solution Sales Executive Expert must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity. The Solution Sales Executive Expert is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.
The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the SAP executive team. In that capacity:
Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
Works with VAT team on sales campaigns
Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
Experience & Language Requirements
8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solution
Oil and gas experience
Experience selling to CXOs
Proven track record in target achievement
Saudi national preferred - in line with Saudization local mandates
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
Professional Training & Certification
Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
