Role Overview

In this role, you will oversee and facilitate the food delivery operations of our company. You will manage personnel and processes to ensure the effective distribution of prepared meals.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills and is well-versed in supply chain management principles and best practices. The goal is to ensure smooth logistics operations across multiple channels, maximizing efficiency and compliance with local regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with SFDA, ZATCA, SABER, and SENAEI regulations.
  2. Coordinate with customs authorities and government agencies to obtain necessary approvals.
  3. Handle documentation, permits, and licensing requirements for international shipments.
  4. Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
  5. Monitor changes in local and international trade regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
  6. Address and resolve clearance or regulatory issues affecting shipments.
  7. Supervise logistics personnel and ensure efficient workflow across delivery operations.
  8. Monitor tracking progress and set up a formal line of communication with management.
  9. Must have in-depth information about the requirements of SFDA & SABER.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  1. Must have had a 4 - 6 years of previous proven experience as a logistics supervisor or similar position.
  2. Proven experience in import/export regulations and logistics management in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Supervise the international shipping operation, including the export and import between our branches in different locations in GCC.
  4. Have good knowledge about Government import requirements for certificates and permits.
  5. Strong knowledge of SFDA, ZATCA, SABER, and SENAEI requirements.
  6. Experience in handling customs clearance and government approvals.
  7. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  8. Must have logistics experience in Saudi.
  9. Must be currently present in Saudi.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for coordinating on and analysing all Operational flows & OMS development projects as well as all data requirements under the Ecommerce Operations Department on a brand & group level.

  • Coordinating and assist in initiating omnichannel initiatives within the scope of the OMS.
  • Managing development projects on the OMS; including but not limited to prioritization and standardization of such developments across brands.
  • Auditing the standardization initiatives from the OMS and Data teams
  • Building project plans and task lists within the scope of the OMS
  • Cleaning of data and creation of dashboards as per the needs of the department
  • The analysis of ecommerce operations data and the flagging of any abnormalities
  • Drawing conclusions from ecommerce data to support the optimization and redesign of processes.

What you will be doing
  • LPO preparation for distribution vehicle service, repair, and vehicle hired
  • Data entry for driver-related information to produce required data for monthly end-reporting
  • Filing and other clerical tasks.
  • Update trip sheet, and vehicle log sheet and maintain data on Excel sheets for reporting purposes
  • Update, analyze and maintain distribution expenses (toll charge, petrol card, fuel charges, vehicle registration, maintenance charges, etc.)
  • Track and report distribution running time and delivery time
  • File and maintain all delivery manual notes, good receipt notes and replenishment order
  • Immediately report any breach in procedures, company policy or security to the supervisor management.
  • Ensure that the department keeps a high standard of health and safety and environmental performance as per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
  • Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately
  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse any equipment provided for ensuring health, safety or welfare.
  • Report damage to equipment fixtures and fittings, MHE defects, and accidents at work.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Good Level of Arabic and English
  • Good Level in Excel
  • 1-2 years of solid experience in Retail Last mile
  • flexibility to work in a warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

Collect weekly data on supplier performance, pricing, cost allocation, purchasing, Item lead-time; find where the gaps & areas of improvement keeping IKTVA on mind,

Define departmental KPI's with management & continually highlighting the areas of improvement. Ensuring HSE compliance for themselves and their suppliers, Adhering to all company policies.

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.

Mastery of English language & Arabic is a must.

Analytical & Supplier development experience is preferred; Knowledge or Prior experience in Oracle system or similar application is preferred.

Proficiency in electronic software programs such as MS Office Excel is a must.
